History
Ribbontex srl is based in Paviola di San Giorgio in Bosco (PD) and it is a company entirely owned by ROSA GROUP srl, belonging to the Rosa family.
The company management makes well-founded but rapid strategic choices, which allow them to respond reactively to the ever-changing requests of their market.
The history of the Rosa family in the production of ribbons started in 1980.
The first products (crochet elastics for the underwear world) were born in a small structure that, step by step, evolving and expanding both the range of items and the technologies used, has become today a company with a production site of 16,000 square meters and a staff of more than 50 employees.
Today Ribbontex holds 3 patents and has 2 internal divisions, distinct but interconnected: the RIBBON division and the LABEL division.
The company, at the beginning operating only in the Italian market, it is nowadays working with more than 30 countries.
VISION -MISSION
Ribbontex has always based its work, with the aim of satisfying its customers in the best way, on 3 corporate values: CONFIDENTIALITY, SPEED and STEP-BY-STEP QUALITY. To meet these goals, Ribbontex follows the “verticalization” logic: the cooperation between the graphic dept., the R&D office and the different internal production departments allows the company to create a range of “TLA – Total Look Accessories” products, designed and thought to anticipate the trends of the fashion world and to realize customers’ ideas and products, guaranteeing utmost confidentiality and a product not only 100% MADE IN ITALY but even 100% MADE IN RIBBONTEX.
SUSTAINABILITY
Ribbontex has always had an eye on ethical and sustainability aspects.
Low environmental impact company that since 2011 uses energy from renewable sources, with the 80% of its energy needs coming from a photovoltaic system and the aim of reaching the 100% within the end of 2020.
Ribbontex constantly works on the evolution of production processes to make them more sustainable, using raw materials with less environmental impact, banning solvent inks from its prints and replacing them with water-based inks..
