DATA PROTECTION NOTICE ACCORDING TO THE REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed respecting the undermentioned procedures and purposes.

1. Subject of the processing

The Data Controller will process your personal data as follows:

The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were col- lected is carried out periodically.

5. Access to data

Your data can be accessible for the purposes described in art. 2.A) and 2.B):
– to employees and collaborators of the Controller or to the companies of the Group in Italy and abroad, in their capa- city as appointees and/or internal data supervisors and/or system administrators;
– to third party companies or other subjects (for example, banks, professional studios, consultants, insurance compa- nies for the supply of services, etc.) who perform outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller in their capacity as external data supervisors.

6. Data recipients

Within the limits relevant to the purposes of processing indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, con- sulting companies, private companies, nominated as Data Processors by the Data Controller or for legal obligations or to fulfil your specific requests. Your data won’t be disclosed in any other way. Data Processors and appointed em- ployees are specifically identified in the Privacy Document, which is periodically updated.

7. Data transfer

Personal data are stored on servers located in the European Union. Obviously it remains understood that, if necessa- ry, the Controller, shall have the faculty to transfer the servers also outside the EU. In this case, the Controller ensures forthwith that the data transfer outside the EU will take place in conformity with the applicable provisions of the law, after stipulating the standard contractual clauses envisaged by the European Commission.

8. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide such data

The provision of personal data through website navigation for the attainment of the purposes set out in points 2.A) and 2.B) is mandatory to enable the Data Controller to provide correctly the service.
The provision of personal data for the purposes set out in points 2.C) e 2.D) is optional. Not providing the personal data marked as non-obligatory will not have consequences on using the service.

9. Data subjects rights

The interested party has the right to request of the Data Controller access to his/her data, their rectification or deletion, the limitation of the process in and/or the possibility of opposing to the processing of the data or of requesting the por- tability of the data, or of revoking the processing consent.
He can use these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Control- ler. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
